Is there a trial?
Yes, you'll receive a free 30 day trial after signing up and connecting your Takealot account.
Do I need separate trackers for Makro?
No. Your trackers come in two pools of the same size, one for Takealot and one for Makro, so every tracker you have works on both channels. If you have 100 Standard and 50 High trackers, you have that many for Takealot and that many again for Makro.
How long is the subscription period?
The subscription is for 30 days.
When can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app. Your plan remains active until the end of the subscription period.
How do I pay?
VISA or MasterCard accepted. EFT arrangements are available upon request.
Can I change my subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time in the app.
Do you have a free plan?
Yes, accounts generating less than ZAR 50,000 on a 30 day cycle have free access to the base plan.
