Getting started

  1. Install from Google Play

    Search for Palmetrics on the Play Store, or tap the button on this page from your phone.

  2. Sign in, or sign up

    Already have an account? Sign in and everything is waiting for you. New to Palmetrics? You can create your account in the app, no laptop needed.

  3. Connect a channel

    Link your Takealot account or any other channel to start your free 30-day trial. Need a hand? Talk to us and we will set it up with you.

Questions

Does the app cost extra?

No. The app is included with your Palmetrics account at no additional charge, and it works during your free 30-day trial too.

Is there an iPhone version?

Not yet. The app is Android only for now. On an iPhone or iPad you can still add the Palmetrics dashboard to your home screen from Safari and use it like an app. Our install guide walks through it.

Do I need an account before I install it?

No. You can download the app and register a new Palmetrics account from inside it. If you already have an account, just sign in with the same details you use on the web.

Can I use the app and the web dashboard together?

Yes. Both run on the same account and the same live data, so a change you make in one shows up in the other. Use whichever suits the moment.

What does the app collect?

The same account and marketplace data as the web dashboard, plus a device token so we can send you notifications and diagnostic reports when something crashes. Our Privacy Policy sets out the detail.
