Explore Your Dashboard ​

Once your data has imported, you'll have access to several key pages in Palmetrics. Here's a quick overview of where to find things.

Products ​

The Products page is your central hub for viewing and managing all your products across connected channels. From here you can:

  • View product details, stock levels, and pricing
  • Edit prices and costs
  • Filter and search your catalogue

Sales ​

The Sales page shows your orders and revenue across all connected channels. Use it to track sales performance, view individual orders, and monitor returns.

Buybox Trackers ​

The Buybox Trackers page is where you manage auto-pricing. This is where you set up price ranges for products you want to reprice automatically to compete for the Takealot buybox. We'll cover this in detail in Step 3: Enable Auto-Pricing.

Settings ​

The Settings page is where you manage your account, integrations, billing, and team members.

Customise your table views ​

Tables across Palmetrics support dynamic columns — you can choose which columns are visible and reorder them to focus on the data that matters most to you. You can also save your column layouts as presets to quickly switch between different views.
